Returns & exchanges
Construction materials have some return restrictions that do not apply to typical e-commerce. Read this policy before opening large cartons — taking a photo of the unopened packaging on arrival is the fastest path to a return if something is wrong.
Returnable within 14 days
Unopened boxes and cartons are returnable within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee on orders above $300.
Electronic products (inverters, charge controllers, batteries) are returnable within 14 days if sealed. Once powered on, warranty replacement — not return — is the path for any defect.
Not returnable
Opened cans of paint, opened bags of mortar or adhesive, cut or installed insulation, cut flooring or tile, and custom-mixed colours cannot be returned. Please verify the correct colour, thickness, or size before opening the product.
Solar panels with visible physical damage after delivery are a warranty claim, not a return — we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short explanation. We will arrange pickup within 2 business days across Beirut and Mount Lebanon, or coordinate a return shipment for the other regions.
