Shipping & delivery

Standard delivery is a flat $4 to any Lebanese address, 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Orders over $99 ship free.

Orders ship from our Beirut warehouse the same or next business day. We will call or WhatsApp you before delivery to confirm the address, gate access, and any parking or lift constraints.

Solar panels, water tanks, flooring cartons, and bulk insulation orders may require a scheduled delivery window because we use flatbed or box trucks rather than a standard courier van. For these orders we will call to confirm a two-hour arrival window so someone is on site to receive the goods.

Upper-floor deliveries without a building lift may incur a porter fee — we will quote this in advance and add it only with your approval.

Cash on delivery in USD is available everywhere in Lebanon, on orders up to $2,000. For larger orders we require a bank transfer before dispatch.
